Joan Dowd – Chief Executive Officer
Joan started with RSG in 2018 and became CEO in September 2023. Joan has an extensive background in quality assurance and compliance and has a proven track record of driving growth, innovation, and organisational excellence. With a strong commitment to strategic leadership and fostering collaboration, Joan inspires teams to deliver exceptional results and achieve long-term success. Joan holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Leadership.
Alison Neary – Finance Manager
Alison is an accomplished Finance Manager with over 20 years experience in financial planning, analysis, and management. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic approach to budgeting and forecasting, Alison excels at streamlining processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering actionable insights to inform key business decisions. Alison is also dedicated to delivering high-quality education and committed to empowering learners with skills and qualifications for future success.
Elaine Hanly – Clinical Governance and Care Services Manager
Elaine is a highly accomplished and dedicated Clinical Governance and Care Services Manager. As a Registered General Nurse (RGN) Elaine has extensive experience in promoting quality care and service user safety. Passionate about upholding clinical excellence, Elaine ensures compliance with best practices and drives continuous improvement across RSG’s healthcare services.
Bernadette (Bernie) Connolly – CE Manager
Bernie is a committed CE Supervisor dedicated to supporting individuals in gaining skills and opportunities for meaningful employment. With a focus on mentoring and empowerment, Bernie assists participants achieve their career goals. Bernie is also an experienced HR professional, having over 25 years experience, with a passion for fostering positive workplace cultures skilled in talent management, employee relations, Bernie ensures that people remain at the heart of RSG’s mission.
